YourNetBiz’s Rob Hannley Throws Himself off a 100 story Building….and Survives!

I was shocked to hear that internet entrepreneur and YourNetBiz Co-Founder Rob Hannley, had thrown himself from a 100 story building in Las Vegas over the weekend.hows my diving YourNetBizs Rob Hannley Throws Himself off a 100 story Building….and Survives!

Some are saying that the stress of running one of the web’s most successful internet companies finally got to him. Others, it is rumored, say that he just “lost it all” at the gaming tables. Whatever the reason however, what was truly amazing was that he managed to survive the fall.

According to eyewitness accounts, he was miraculously saved from imminent death by landing on his huge Russian Diving Watch which I think was probably built to the same specifications as most aircraft black box recorders.  Fortunately for Rob, he was also wearing what looked like one of Elvis Presley’s “Viva Las Vegas” suits which managed to offer considerable air resistance on the way down, as well as a triple reinforced Kevlar harness tied to the cabling and decelerator system operated by SkyJump at the Stratosphere in Las Vegas.

Now I think the real reason that Rob did this, not once, but twice mind you, was that he was literally  “jumping for joy” over the tremendous success of the first ever YourNetBiz and Primo Vacations Top of the World Summit in Las Vegas.

The summit brought together under one roof many of the “hot shots” in the world of internet marketing, such as Stuart Ross, Greg Cesar, Damian Benko and the Dynamic Duo themselves Chris Jones and Chris Campbell, as well as yours truly of course.

Mr. Tube Ninja Steve Schuitt was also there giving us some of his Ninjitsu YouTube fighting tactics, that have not only made him wealthy, but have changed his life and led to appearances on Reality Shows and invites to the Playboy Mansion (he didn’t elaborate on the later unfortunately).

Like a true Zen Master he asked us all to go within and ask ourselves the important questions in life which would lead us to take action and start doing and having the things we really wanted. For Steve, this had always been to pursue his music and become a rock star, and now, just by following his own Ninja wisdom he has been signed by the manager of the Black-Eyed Peas and Lady Gaga even though he has no music to play just yet!  Impressive wouldn’t you say?

The trainings were awesome: Greg Cesar spilled the beans on how to dominate “Pay Per Click” (PPC) marketing.  Damian Benko discussed implementing systems that can be duplicated.  Shooting from the hip with the assistance of the two Chris’s was Stuart Ross answering a multitude of questions from the audience on how to be successful.

Apart from being a lot of fun and providing some fabulous training, for me, this summit was about meeting the founders and networking with other members of the YourNetBiz community.  I came away taking not one, but many, many great ideas that I will use in making my own business even more successful.

And if you are ever in Las Vegas and see some guy plummeting from the sky in an Elvis Suit with a gigantic timepiece strapped to his wrist, then chances are it is “neither a bird, nor a plane”, but Rob Hannley doing whatever he wants to do, and that is dive off of perfectly serviceable buildings.
